Version bump + changelog for the agent release carrying #423's CI runner wiring (check-events tail → ci-progress every 2 s → ci-report tests).

After merge: tag v0.1.56 on the release commit → GitHub release.yaml builds, cosign-signs, publishes @forgegraph/agent*@0.1.56 to npm.forgegraf.com and points the fleet update policy at it.
