Release vehicle for #516. Carries BOTH registry-auth fixes, since #516 merged after the 0.1.63 bump: the nix path (#514, FG_NPM_TOKEN) and the cloudflare-workers path (#516, appended .npmrc auth).

Until this is converged, hetzner-bob and hetzner-worker depend on a hand-written /root/.npmrc and hetzner-fg on a hand-set FG_NPM_TOKEN in agent.env. Those come out only after per-node version verification — a node still on 0.1.63 that has lost its hand-written credential fails the same silent 401 way.

Dispatch release-agent.yml with version 0.1.64 after merge.
